Location

You are welcome to pick up your online order from our warehouse to save money on delivery charges. We are located at:

69 Chivers Road,
Somersby NSW 2250

We are in the industrial area, just off the Gosford exit on the M1.

Upon arrival, please proceed to reception and present your order number, along with a valid photo ID to our staff.

Booking

You need to purchase your order online before you come in to collect. We do NOT have a showroom or payment facilities at the warehouse.

To book a pickup, place your order online as usual. At the Checkout, under ‘Shipping’ choose the option ‘Local Pickup’.

Please contact us via phone or email to arrange a collection time. We are available Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your booking.

If you are paying via bank transfer, you cannot collect your order until the payment has cleared. This can take up to 3 business days.
