We’re pleased to introduce Vinrac’s new pick-up Service, designed to provide our valued customers with a more convenient shopping option.

Local Pick-Up
This service allows customers to place an order online or over the phone and pick it up directly from our warehouse located on the Central Coast, NSW. It’s tailored for our local customers, offering a practical alternative to traditional delivery methods.

Online Purchase Requirement
Please note that we do NOT have a showroom. Our warehouse is available exclusively for the collection of pre-purchased items.

To use the pick-up service, you must contact us and book a time for pick-up.

How It Works
Place your order online or over the phone.

Select the Local pick-up option at checkout.

Contact us to schedule the day and time for your order collection.

Visit our warehouse at the designated pick-up time.

Collect your purchase effortlessly.

Booking Times
Pick-up is available Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Please ensure you arrive within your scheduled time slot.

If you cannot make your appointment, call us to rearrange as soon as possible. No-shows may incur a fee.

Pick-Up Location
Our address is 69 Chivers Rd, Somersby NSW 2250. (All pick-ups must be pre-purchased.)

Upon Arrival
When you arrive, please park in the Customer Parking on the left-hand side. 

Head to the reception desk first, please do NOT enter the warehouse.

Present your order number and valid photo ID to our staff.

Your Vehicle
Ensure your vehicle is large enough for your order. Carton dimensions are listed at the bottom of each product page.

Payment
If you’ve paid via bank transfer, please wait for payment clearance before picking up your order. This can take up to 3 business days, depending on your bank. If you’re unsure your payment will clear before your scheduled pick-up, please contact us for confirmation.
