Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. We are located on the Central Coast, NSW.
We ship orders with Border Express, Aramex and Australia Post. The freight company will email you a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder.
Delivery typically takes 1-7 business days. It may take longer for rural areas or around holidays. Please note we cannot guarantee a delivery timeframe.
All orders are given authority to leave without a signature.
If your delivery is running late, please contact us and we will investigate for you.
Delivery Cost
Delivery cost is calculated based on the weight of your order and the distance it will travel. We regularly obtain cost estimates from new freight companies to ensure we are offering the best deals to our customers.
To calculate your freight, add a product into your cart, click ‘View Cart’, then enter your city, state and postcode.
Delivery Locations
The freight companies we use can deliver Australia-wide. We cannot deliver internationally or to islands without road access.
Some rural addresses may be required to collect their order from a collection point or depot in a nearby town. If you live in a rural area, please contact us prior to purchasing. We will check with the freight company if they can deliver to your door.
If you prefer to pick up your order, we offer click and collect from our warehouse on the Central Coast, NSW.
